Home base. The largest share of regular residential and commercial clients, with the most schedule flexibility and the shortest notice periods.
North Cowichan
Full coverage including Maple Bay, Chemainus Road and the Somenos and Quamichan areas. Regular weekly and bi-weekly slots available.
Chemainus
Homes and small businesses. Frequently combined with Crofton visits on the same day, which helps with scheduling.
Crofton
Residential cleaning and move-out work. Often paired with Chemainus on the same run.
Cowichan Bay
Homes and holiday properties, including turnover cleans between guests and seasonal deep cleans.
Mill Bay
Regular residential cleaning at the southern end of the Valley. Quoted with the travel included, so there is never a separate fee.

One price, never a separate travel fee
You will never see a mileage line or a call-out fee on a bill. Duncan and North Cowichan are quoted at the published starting rate. For the further ends of the Valley the drive is built into the quote instead of billed on top — everything is loaded into the car and brought to you, and that is accounted for once, up front.
Availability also matters more the further out you are: those days get planned around a run of visits, so a little flexibility on day and time helps a great deal.
Just outside the area?
Ask anyway. Jobs toward south Nanaimo or over the Malahat can work when the timing lines up, particularly one-time jobs like deep cleans and move-out cleans where a whole day is being set aside regardless.

Is there a travel charge?
There is never a separate travel line on your bill. For Duncan and North Cowichan the starting rate applies as published. Further out — Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Ladysmith — the drive is simply factored into the quote, so you still only ever see one number agreed in advance.
Do you clean outside the Cowichan Valley?
Sometimes. Jobs toward south Nanaimo or the Malahat are possible when the timing works, particularly larger one-time jobs like deep cleans or move-out cleans. It is always worth asking.
